While he isn't radiantly handsome, Azael has that charismatic light that draws people to him like moths. A smile, a lift of his brow and he can get nearly anything he wants. The man has a palpable charm.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: A petite woman, average height but bird-boned and delicate looking. Her eyes are such pale blue they look like a mist.Her head was capped by a very stylish lime green explosion of flipping layers clipped randomly with tiny black pins. As riotous as her hair seemed her clothing was sleek and prim and of very distinctly Ren Di'Tan high couture fashion, even for a business suit. The lines were clean, minimizing her curves without making her boyish. She often wears a pair of violet tinted lenses as her eyes are very sensitive to the light.

Has a more Polynesian look, long black hair, higher cheekbones, slimmer, rounded chin and bright green eyes. All tattoos, scars and moles have been removed.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Teala Fahr is a bit of an enigma. Records of her do not extend previous to medical school where she earned her class 15 GRE-MA Psychiatry license at the age of 25. Now in her mid thirties, Teala's usual work for the GRE is unique, consisting of behavioral analysis, intense interrogation techniques, and in-depth character profiling. While her unwavering patience and calm has a soothing effect and makes her an excellent therapist, cross the line with her and she's just as likely to strong arm you...or kick your ass. Although Teala dresses for the office, she came from the trenches...but then, that's not in her file.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Dark hair and deep brown eyes haunted by a past filled with pain. His brow seems eternally set with consternation, a permanent scowl of brooding, but he has a gentle mouth that smiles easily and warmly for his lover Delaney and their tiny daughter Panka. He is not overly muscled but he is strong and moves like a panther.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: While he does not possess the psychic abilities of his Gold-Generation lover, this Amber-Generation warrior of the Aristotle Objective is an impressive combatant that has abilities uniquely useful to his skill-set including tactile sight, precognition, telepathy and remote viewing (all the same as Shoraesai). Delaney has worked with him to improve his skills.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Black hair with a slight wave, pale grey eyes, and dark, almost reddish skin gives her a Native American or Indian appearance. Her coloration makes her eyes look even more exotic.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As part of the Gold generation of the Project, Delaney is very powerfully psychic, as is her 'brother' Tycho. Her initial purpose was to be a spy and long distance assassin, as he was. Physically she is nowhere near the fighter that her lover, Eion, is but she is more than capable of defending herself if need be. As Tycho and Raea, she possesses the ability of causing massive physical trauma to others using only her mind.

Unlike Tycho, however, Delaney was 'programmed' to blend in to almost any situation and act as a support agent for her 'partner'. She learns at an increased rate and can get a grasp of almost any skill with an inhuman swiftness. This makes her adept at engineering, hacking, and medicine. Eion's job is to go in and bludgeon, Delaney's is to gather intel, act as a communications hub, and patch him up afterward.

She had two miscarriages before birthing their daughter, Panka. She is willing to go to any lengths to keep her daughter and Eion safe.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Sin is the only surviving son of the ruling Ohotto family. After his dishonorable brother Hatori was killed by Silver Aristotle for reasons that Sin could only guess at (and he guessed they involved dishonorable behavior), Sin fled Lesotho for good. In his absence, the Acatonbo looked to the twins Daitaro and Denjiro Ohotto, Sin's first cousins, to rule their Yakuza like clan. After making the mistake of trusting in the family to help him and a friend in need, Sin learned that Denjiro had thrown Daitaro from the roof to usurp power in the Acatonbo, and being a sadistic power-hungry man like Hatori had been Denjiro made sure that Sin suffered greatly and would not return to Lesotho ever again or be killed. Sin was a reckless youth that spent more time tuning his cars and ships than studying anything and developed a dangerous taste for Niji, a cocktailed street drug that is part painkiller, part hallucinogenic. After his jacking he found his way to The Lady and was cleaned up by her people, set on a straighter path and by chance met Lt. Trini Shlizowsky, a woman a few years his elder but his only drive to go on. Even his opportunity to train for and join the elite Zao Team, a group of Jack super-soldiers, is only done in an attempt to impress Trini.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Standing at 5'11 Raife cuts a rugged figure. His thirty-five years have given him lines near his mouth and eyes, but he is still a handsome man. Keeping his brown hair longer than most in his profession is his way of rebelling against the system. It falls in waves around his face and the side burns frame his face nicely.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Raife is a good man, intelligent and fit and very focused. Skilled in his profession as he has a way of connecting with people. At the beginning of a divorce when his life was turned upside down by his last professional case, in which the Premiere's grandaughter was trying to broadcast information damning to the GRE and was executed in front of him. On the run having been blamed for her kidnapping and brainwashing by the GRE he has been forced to rely on skills he developed while growing up and playing survival and war games with his younger brother. The loss of his marriage bothers him less than the fact that he can no longer contact his family for fear of them suffering repercussions at the hands of the GRE. Due to the fact he had to leave New Eden so hastily, he has nothing but the clothes on his back and a shoulder bag with his think pad inside, which of course holds the very files the GRE doesn't want the public to see.

Prior to going on the run, Raife practiced Yoga and various martial arts daily to help keep him fit and focused. He does know how to use a gun, but prefers less violent hand to hand combat for defense and he is quite skilled at it. Not a man of many vices, he loves a strong cup of coffee, drinks jennies and enjoys a fine wine from time to time. He was raised with a strong ethic to work hard, respect others, never degrade women and to be true to himself. Though his good looks could have leaned him toward being a player, it was something he had never cared for, preferring longer and more meaningful relationships with the women in his life.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: While raised with the same ethics as his brother, Archer has always been a bit of a player and while he is a hard worker he bucks the system much harder than Raife. Never one to buy into the GRE's dogma he has done what he needed to do to live in Ren Di'Tan and avoid being arrested, but he has always been vocal in his protests and is aware that he has always been in their radar. His brother's recent troubles have just given the GRE cause to watch him overtly now.

He is suspected by the GRE of having ties to the Guild, but they have never been able to prove it. He makes a living by teaching martial arts to the youth of Ren Di'Tan. It was he who got his brother involved in the practice, Raife in turn had gotten Archer to practice Yoga as it aids in core strength and focus which greatly compliments the martial arts. Those similarities and the likeness in their looks are where their compliments of each other end. Archer is the night to Raife's day. Archer loves drink, women and cigarettes and has been known to partake in other things from time to time, whenever the mood strikes him. Together they are like a perfectly balanced yin/yang and their bond will be hard to break even though they do have their brotherly spats.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Born on Novus Promitto and raised on Tou'Nian, Rowan was the only daughter of her school teacher mother and "rigger" father. Her grandmother on her mother's side had passed away around the time she was born and she had never met her grandfather. Her father's parents had died in the war. She lost her father to a rig accident when she was twelve. Her mother died shortly after Rowan had turned twenty in a shuttle accident. With the recent death of her maternal grandfather and his leaving her his estate, she is headed to Lock Haven to decide what she wants to do with her life.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Oakley has a natural sultry attractiveness that would have served her very well had she chosen to become a model or even a Symphilia. However Oakley seems to have no concern whatsoever about her natural beauty and carries herself as one who is completely unmindful of it. Black hair and brown eyes, she tends to dress in a utilitarian, simplistic fashion and wears little to no makeup.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Oakley is the eldest of two girls. When she was seventeen her parents were murdered in their home...Oakley was the one who found their bodies. Left as the sole guardian and support of her younger sister Hadley, Oakley did what she felt was necessary to provide for her. She finished medical school and was employed for a few years in GRE special services...a job she was never proud of and is reluctant to discuss. Already a fairly observant girl the death of her parents left her suspicious of others, generally mistrustful of everyone but Hadley. She developed a gift for telling when others were lying, a gift the special services only trained and honed. As a result, it is extremely difficult to lie to Oakley. She tends to be stubborn, throwing herself fully into any analysis or puzzles that present themselves, working tenaciously until they are solved. Around strangers she is extremely reserved and more than once has been referred to as an emotionless ice bitch, but her younger sister knows better.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: While Hadley is pretty, even beautiful, she has none of the exotic seductiveness of her sister, Oakley. Taking more after their father in appearance Hadley has an open face that smiles easily and often, and yes that light up when she does. Her hair is lighter brown and is streaked with blonde.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Hadley is the younger of the two Phaedra sisters, and adores her older sister Oakley, who took over care of her when their parents were murdered. Hadley was fourteen. She knows the sacrifices Oakley made for her, including her time as a GRE special services interrogation agent. She knows Oakley isn't happy and now that she herself is self-sufficient she often pushes Oakley toward finding her own happiness.

Much the polar opposite of her sister, Hadley likes to have fun and while not promiscuous isn't adverse to having a good time with someone she finds attractive. She's a natural flirt, has a good sense of people, and has yet to meet a stranger. She is a smart, talented engineer, having inherited some of her sister's love of solving puzzles...mechanical instead of medical, but puzzles nonetheless. She is hard to anger and when she is her temper is swiftly burned out, reconciling any hurt or wrong doing easily...she never holds a grudge.

Unless, of course, you have hurt one she considers family.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Tenacious when tracking someone, he rarely comes up empty handed, making him one of Kaur's favorite go to guys when she needs someone found. Extremely dedicated to the GRE and Premiere Kaur, there is little known about his private life as it appears he spends much of his time working.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: When it comes to the ladies, Colton is a prime player and not the settling kind. It isn't that deep down Colton isn't a good guy, it is just a decision that he made in light of his job for the Guild. A family just wasn't possible. With his looks he didn't need any help finding a warm body in each of the towns he worked. Sometimes he would seek someone out, but more often than not they would fall into his lap.

Grey stubble bristles his scalp and jaw line, ice blue-grey eyes, like cold metal stare with alertness. He is always well dressed and never without a Gentlemanly poise, although a gentleman is the furthest from the truth.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Rience is a lecher, a liar, a slaver, a thief and an all around wang ba dan, but he prefers the term 'business man'. A lucrative entrepreneur in Loch Haven, Rience arrived several years ago and established several flourishing businesses which have helped to make Loch Haven a thriving little town. Those in the colony who know of his underhanded dealings: the drugs, the slave-girls, and the 'insurance collection' tend to look the other way so long as he leaves them be and keeps the mana flowing. No one is quite sure if the Mayor Vaughn Ohiir is aware of Rience's dealings, but everyone is too afraid of Rience to find out.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE - With a touch of Asian (or elven, depending on who you ask), Valentia is an exotic beauty for such a quaint backwater colony like Loch Haven. At a glance she seems like an ageless nymph stepped straight from the tales of Exael's ancient days. She is in or near her thirties, although even she couldn't tell you for certain. Her long straight platinum hair hangs to her buttocks and although she'll occasionally gather little braids into it, or tie in strands of beads or feathers, Val never pulls her hair up...ever. Val's eyes were eerily dark in contrast to her fair skin and cornsilk hair, and her height was petite enough to give her a fragil doll-like impression.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION - In spite of her almost childish appearance and delicate frame, Val is alert, tough and self-reliant. She's been with Rience long enough to know how things work and she acts as more of a mother hen to the other girls who dare to think that rebellion will get them anything but beaten. Rience rarely beats on Val, seeming to coddle her although no one knows why, and she tells them to mind their own. Like Aria she'd like to be free of him, but she knows that all good things come in time and she does not act impetuously. She is a planner, a schemer and works it out in her keen head before daring to make a move. One is just as likely to believe that Valentia is capable of killing Rience with careful planning as she is to meticulously plan an escape. That said, no one really knows why she stays...except that she watches over the other girls and is the only one that can soothe Rience's anger.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Forced to turn trade as a droxy, Aria has learned the fine art of survival. She's not yet as skilled at reading people as Valentia is, but she's improving and is able to manipulate with the best of them. Not really a manipulative person by nature, Aria opens up like a rare flower if coaxed into trust and comfort by the right person. She is genuinely sweet and wants little in life except that it be her own life. She's not likely to talk about how it was she came to be owned by Rience, and she does her best to keep her tattoo of his initials covered. But if it is exposed, she's likely to make up a hundred different ridiculous stories as to its origin and meaning. Already hardened to the life of a biao zi, Aria's aim is to survive...whatever she must do to accomplish that. She'll take a beating if it comes, but don't expect to hear her crying. That's one satisfaction she does not even give Rience.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Karl isn't particularly tall, nor short. His hair is dark and his features unremarkable save for very kind, almost feminine eyes which lead others to trust him easily. A rather noticeable scar mars his left temple down to his jaw, but otherwise he doesn't really stand out. He is handsome enough, his personality and overwhelming compassion seeming to improve his looks in the eyes of those he meets. He is in his mid thirties but fit and takes good care of himself.

+AFFILIATIONS: GRE, but losing faith

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Throughout his career, Karl Viveza had taken shit from his comrades for 'being a pussy', but it was the very compassion that earned him that teasing that they all relied on and admired when such delicate and difficult matters were in hand. Karl had a way of sitting down with complete strangers and informing them of the most horrific and tragic losses, or coaxing from them the most intimate of details in order to find a criminal. He'd been in a GRE unit on RDT before being sent to Freemantle. He had worked with a criminal victims division in South Region, also nicknamed Southend, Southy and Hell's hearth-- a sprawling ghetto to the south of Capital City. Sex crimes, murders, assaults...all the stuff that makes most men drink themselves to death, Karl worked on it. In his youth, Karl had aspired to be a Shepherd. He wanted to help people, but when his mother was stabbed to death right in front of him in Southy, it was a compassionate officer that cared for him until Child Services took over that inspired Karl to enlist. The local Shepherd viewed him as a lost cause, being the son of a whore and a dead drug dealer. The Greenman didn't seem to care who his parents were...nor did he mock him for crying. Karl later worked with that Greenman. Saw him take a bullet in the same neighborhood that Karl's mother died in. Since his coming to Freemantle, Karl no longer views his job as noble and is beginning to see the GRE as something ugly, no longer defining service to fellow men in the same way that he does.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Mountain of man comes to mind. Standing some six and a half feet tall, shoulders broad as an ox, Tamlin is a big guy. He's well muscled from working the farm and from the daily military trainings he's upheld since his youth in the Rebellion. Light brown hair with deep brown eyes which often have a sort of sad contemplation to them. Tam is a big guy but do not mistake him for dumb. He's the quiet sort that will let others lead but he has a keen mind that is taking in every detail. His biggest flaw is an unerring love for his wife, Felicae...even if she is unfaithful, he would take a bullet before he would allow harm to come to her.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Louise is short, just about five and a half feet tall. She is no skinny bishojo, having a more classic Rubenesque appearance. She has a head of dark curly hair, black eyes, and olive skin that betrays her African/Indian heritage.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Louise is in her late twenties and captains the McGee, a decently sized refurbished cargo trucker she uses for smuggling purposes. Her work is mainly to help less affluent people bypass the enormous GRE customs fees for shipping needed hydro and material to the further colonies. She is not Guild but maintains a grudgingly respectful relationship with them. The GRE database also classifies her as a pirate.

Like most on the Edge, Louise…or Lou as she’s usually called…is simply trying to survive and make a living. Serious when she needs to be she also has a dry sense of humor and enjoys drinking, smoking, and gambling. She also has a bad habit of starting bar brawls, especially if there’s a flash of ‘Green’ to be seen. She is the youngest of five children, her three older brothers all having died in the war. She grew up on the upper levels of Savon and so has a high amount of street savvy coupled with a fairly strong drawling accent.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Slight of build with sandy blond hair and pale blue-green eyes, the six foot one psychiatrist is fit and often found with a five o'clock shadow along his jawline. Upon first glance one might think him timid but the reality is far from it. While most are comfortable in more casual clothing, Dec may wear jeans but his shirts are often collared and buttoned and at work he is always in a jacket, though he rarely if ever wears a tie. His hair is perpetually tousled giving him the appearance of having just rolled out of bed no matter what time of day you may cross his path.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Flannigan grew up on Exael and lost his father at a young age. His mother, devastated by the loss of her husband had turned to drink and lost herself in the bottle, so that she too had died young. Inheriting the Exael estate and all of the money that belonged to his parents at the age of eighteen hadn't spoiled him, at least not anymore than he had already been spoiled. His kind heart and strong sense of justice led him to wanting to help people and he decided to pursue a career in psychiatry, his way of trying to atone for not being able to help his mother cope.

+GENERAL APPEARANCE: Standing a looming six foot three with reddish blonde hair and bright blue eyes, Pritchet's clean shaven jaw gives him the appearance of a gangly youth though he is in his mid thirties. Regular workouts keep his broad shoulders and muscular physique well toned.

+AFFILIATIONS: while he is employed currently by the gre med center on the nov pro skyplex, like his colleague Dec Flannigan, he holds no alliance to them and strives to help all people.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Born on An Mian to a droxy, he was sold on the black market to a family who could not have children of their own. Of a curious nature, he stumbled upon this fact as a teen. Fortunately for him he was "adopted" by a wealthy family on Exael and ended up attending medical school with his collegue Dec Flannigan. Having both come from Exael they formed a bond of friendship while in school that has carried over into their professional and personal lives. Pritchet's tastes do not run as extravagantly as his friend and while he does well enough for himself financially there is no family money supporting him. He is very driven in what he does and works long hours, leaving little time for a personal life.

General Description: At age 45 he is the lead genetic engineer in a top secret project ordered by Premiere Kaur to use DNA taken from one of her top Generals, the now deceased Javieer Nalesh, and create the ultimate general for leading troops. Series 1, now two months old consisted of ten subjects, five straight clones and five hybrids of varying mixes. The idea was that if this was a successful project other favorites of Kaur's would be cloned as well, such as Wyntessa Morreau, Sylvan Fastow and Enuka Weston. The Premiere's thoughts in controlling the process where that traits she didn't like in each could be weeded out until each was the ideal perfect subject to do her bidding.

Six was part of series one, though unlike subjects 1 - 5, he was a hybrid with DNA not only from Nalesh but from others as well. Not specific when giving the orders on whose DNA to use in the hybrid series, Dr. Archimedes had taken advantage of this oversight on Kaur's part and used some of his own DNA in subject 6 giving him not only the shrewd calculating mind of Nalesh, but the genius of Fenwick Archimedes. The other DNA fused into subject 6 was that of former behavioral analyst Wyntessa Morreau. What resulted was an extremely smart, strong and unlike Nalesh, compassionate individual. Archimedes was not the only one involved in this project as a leading doctor in CHIMP alterations was also involved, giving Six many enhanced capabilities and swift healing. Dr. Fisk as he was known had not been as lucky as Archimedes and did not survive Six's escape. From the moment of his creation some two months ago he had been subjected to a number of learning manipulatives so that while he had very little experience in practice he had much in theory so that it would take an extremely observant person to realize that he was not the fortyish man he appeared, but rather a young boy to whom everything was new.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The phrase "A tall drink of water" definitely applies to Kahl. At 5'11" the blonde is elegant, toned and intimidating. Able to shift between seductive and feral in less than a blink, she's as unpredictable as they come. Some of it is methodical, calculating, and yet, there are more than a few internal scars to match the external ones. Kahl's tanned skin is marred by a series of unique scars. Most notably is a visious 'S' carved from collarbone to pelvis and two deep 'T's' slicing her forearms down to her wrists. Any others are a thatching of thin lines along her arms and a few mementos on her shoulders and thighs from past fights. None of this detracts from the woman's exotic looks, however. Her eyes are a vibrant green flecked with gold, and her lips--when not parted to bare her sharp canine teeth-- are full and pouting. In another life time, Kahl Sunyeung Harra might have been a Bishojo or Symphilia, but her stars were misaligned.

Born to a prostitute on the streets of Lesotho, Kahl was subjected to the abuses of her step father Jun Harra and his son Sohn, whose last name she still carries as a reminder of her strength and will to survive. Her real father was a high level business man in Nassak and would sooner pay Kahl to disappear than take any responsibility for her. In a desperate attempt to escape the Quad, Kahl joined up with the GRE when they came recruiting. Neither would Kaige ever deny a responsibility that was his, no matter how grave the error. He is a noble youth in a less than noble age. This is, in part, due to his upbringing in a religious monastery. When his parents die when he is barely ten, Kaige was remanded to the monastery where his uncle resides in devotion. Denied access to anything technological, Kaige soon develops a rebellious lust for all things modern. As soon as he turned eighteen, he left with his uncle's blessing to pursue a life of his own making. He learned to fly early on and learns how to work anything technical as quickly as most people read a book. Kaige is sweet but was sheltered so often falls prey to those he should not trust, temptations he'd never really faced, and a childlike desire for the playful or instantly gratifying.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: From a long family line of highly respected Symphilia, Madhi's mother was Symphilia and her father an Ambassador from Exael. She is not very tall, less than 5'4" and pixie-ish in proportion, but she is assertive and self sufficient. Her ancestry from Exael is a point of pride and she bears Exaelian poetry tattooed along her ribs and climbing the left side of her back is a vine of rare Exaelian flowers. Madhi is strong willed but has been trained to be demur and knows when it is best to defer to that training. Her profession is a banner of pride for her and she loathes having to stoop to "unscheduled, unknown clientele" as she is a certified Symphilia, not a whore. One flaw stands out even on this gorgeous face and gentile personage in that Madhi is not as "exercised" as most Symphilia and often falls prey to excessive sexual need, an impulse that often gets her in trouble on The Golden Dragon as her only source of outlet is Kaige Sol--who the others do their best to shelter from Madhi's corruption. Overall, Madhi is a good person if not rebellious at times and showing a maternal streak that leads to her nurturing her Captain and crew who all seem to bear deep emotional wounds.

+GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Words like Skittish, scatter-brained, distant and anxious are all the most apt descriptions of Daniel. He's a lanky man, sinewy and wirey at around 6'2". He's usually rather dishevelled and unkempt, with tangly brown hair to his shoulders and rumpled clothes. His lack of bathing isn't out of a general lack of hygiene so much as just his unpredictable memory. Some days, Ben is amazed if Daniel remembered to change his clothes from the day before. His unshaven face is, again, not out of fashion but merely an oversight of his razor. Daniel's features are usually sheepish and thoughtful, his behavior withdrawn. He works well on the salvage rig because he's no problem taking orders. It means less thinking for him, which is surprising since Ben often finds him scribbling out notes and equations that look like an engineer's doodlings. Daniel's fingers are almost always black from charcoal that he uses to endlessly sketch whenever he thinks no one is watching. His skill at creating photorealistic drawings ceases to astound Ben, although no one else on the ship gives a pi hua. If not twirling a pencil, Daniel is fingering a cigarette, when the cig isn't in his mouth, which is as often as manageable.

Some of Daniel's eccentricities, however, keep Ben on his toes and constantly adding to the file that he keeps on Daniel, without his knowledge, of course. The nightmares, naturally are important. Violent dreams of soldiers and machines, death and chaos. Daniel remembers only being an art student, never a soldier. Yet, also strange, is Daniel's sudden shift of character if threatened or suddenly filled with a strong conviction. His posture changes, his voice deepens and solidifies with confidence. Even Daniel's eyes flare with more self awareness. Ben has witnessed Daniel react with the reflexes of a highly trained soldier, which conflicts so starkly with the artist and hidden savant that more often has purchase in the man. Not yet unravelling the mystery of Daniel Hawke, the man is still known as Cockroach, because he's near impossible to kill and takes everything in stride. He's a survivor, even if he doesn't know who or what he really is.

Vaughn is of an average height, dark, silky and thick hair that women would envy. His intense eyes are an alluring aquamarine, pale blue with a rich infusion of green. Usually clean-shaven, when he does grow stubble it only adds a seductive edginess to his look. Vaughn is charming, laughs easily, but is prone to moments of intensity. When he is passionate about something or someone, he puts his all into it.
